All our handcrafted jewelry products come with a formal quality warranty service. The warranty covers all non-artificial product quality problems, including material defects, production process flaws, and functional damage that occurs under normal daily use conditions.

Warranty Service Terms

Our jewelry is made of premium 14kt gold-filled materials and natural gemstones, designed for long-term daily wear. During normal use, if the product has quality problems that do not belong to human damage, users can apply for warranty inspection and after-sales service through our official contact channel.

Non-Warranty Scope

This warranty does not cover damage caused by artificial improper use, including intentional collision, scratch, artificial cutting, chemical corrosion, excessive force damage, and damage caused by unauthorized modification and repair of the product. Minor wear and tear generated by long-term daily use is not included in the warranty scope.

Warranty Processing
